This is my second purchase. I was an avid coffee drinker. I now can’t tolerate caffeine. I switch to Crio Bru because I just don’t like how decafe coffee tastes ? It’s just off. Seeing Crio bru doesn’t contain caffeine but theobromine thought I’d try it. Definitely different than coffee, but I like it. It works- the theobromine gives a nice energy thats like caffeine. It doesn’t jolt/jetters, rather a slow burn. It’s still has dietetic effect, but no where near caffeine’s effects. I like that I’m getting poly phenols. This made the transition easy without feeling deprived. I make it in my aeropress which brews it perfectly.
