We purchased the starter pack. We rec'd 5 different flavors, but the only one that stood out was the Highlander Grogg. It had the most chocolaty flavor and we will purchase it again. We found that the recommended amount of coffee to put in the French press left a watery taste, so we felt we needed to double up the dosing.
My first time trying brewed cacao and I love it! Shared it with friends and they love it as well. I really like the sustained energy as someone who works the night shift. And the flavors-chef's kiss.
This coffee is something different, but in a good way! The chocolate after taste is hard to get use to, but its not sweet or over sweet at all. It didnt really have too much of a coffee taste, so it was like hot chocolate in a way. I think I need to brew it in a different way. But I am very satisfied with the taste. Our favorite is Ghana light roast. Thank you!
I’m enjoying this Crio Bru! It tastes a lot different than coffee in my opinion. I like the health benefits most!
I have only tried the first flavor. I brewed it in a coffee maker and it was all right, but a little bitter. We have been cold brewing our coffee for a while now, so I thought I would try cold brewing the Crio Bru . It is fantastic. It takes that little bit of bitterness out. Add a little heavy whipping cream, and you have a wonderful alternative to coffee.
