So Far out of the welcome set , I have tried the Double Chocolate. It's real good. It's not hot Chocolate and nothing like coffee. It is It's own beverage. I am a coffee lover, and I like the Ciro Brew better. I add a little heavy cream and small amount of sweetener with a pinch of salt.
I purchased the sampler starter set with French press. The value was immediately clear. The press is high quality…something you’d buy in-store for the price of the whole set. The samplers are great, yielding about three full press servings per pack (32 oz each serving). I’ve only tried two flavors so far, but they were both fantastic. Not ‘hot chocolate’ but something more decadent. Gives me the coffee feels without the con’s of coffee caffeine/acidity.
For reference, I have a low tolerance for the type of caffeine in coffee specifically as well as GERD that is aggravated by its acidity. I love it, it doesn’t love me. This is a fantastic alternative. None of the negative ‘side-effects’ I typically experience.
I used 4 scoops for one cup. The finished product was weak, watery, and lacked a strong flavor.
I love Crio and I’m a picky coffee-cocoa drinker but from the ease of ordering to the quick deliver to the beautiful starter French press to the YUMMY AND GORGEOUS SMELLING CRIO ITSRLF I’m hooked. The taste is incredible. I know I’m raving but I love this stuff. I drink it in its own and always add it to my coffee. Am ordering again today.
I love the coffee ritual without all the caffeine. I’m a big fan!
