Once again I ordered a variety pack. I love all the choices. I found that by adding 1 more tbsp to the 8 oz of water, I get the strength of flavor I want.

I brewed my first pot of the double chocolate. It took a minute to realize it wasn’t going to be creamy or thick, or anything like hot chocolate. But it was just like drinking a nice bar of healthy, dark chocolate! And if I wanted to put cream and sugar in, of course I could have. But I chose to drink it “black“ and savor it verybit of the deep dark tones of the rich chocolate. This will probably not be an every day drink for me, but it will definitely be a special treat several times a week! I’m very satisfied.
