Crio Bru is roasted, ground, and brewed just like coffee, but has the amazing flavor and aroma of pure dark chocolate. Brew our 100% pure ground cacao in your French press or coffee maker, and your kitchen will have the aroma of pure dark chocolate heaven in no time.
Brewed cacao contains theobromine, a naturally occurring stimulant found in cacao that can be more pleasant than caffeine. Unlike caffeine – which is harsh with a spike and following crash – theobromine works with your body, not against it, giving you a mild, long-lasting lift without making you feel nervous or jittery.
Enjoy the benefits of one of nature’s most amazing superfoods. Cacao is loaded with nutrients that can lower your acidity intake, boost your immune system, help you lose weight, and best of all help you feel great, increase focus, reduce stress, and sleep better.

Flavors were not very pronounced, haven’t tried the peppermint yet. Very much a flavored coffee fan (no sweet syrups) and wanted a bit more labeled flavor in the brew.
Need self sealing bags, must store upright so they don’t spill and with my limited storage space it is going to be hard to find a place to store the opened bags.
You get enough in each bag to brew 2-3 French-press-fulls. It's a fun, low-commitment way to try out flavours you're not sure about. Wish they included Highland Grogg in with the bunch, but then again, I already know I like that one.
I tried this kit cause I'm hooked on the ones I've been drinking for the last year. Now my husband is hooked on it too. Love the hazelnut and the caramel. Haven't got to the rest yet. I'm sure they will be great too.
I'm looking forward to tasting the different hot chocolate drinks.
I've only tried the Pumpkin blend which met my expectations. I look forward to indulging in the rest of the flavors.
