Great way to start
The starter pack was a perfect way to venture into roasted cacao. We have used the filter cone in our pour over brewer and then started steeping the Crio Bru in our 2.5cup measuring cup (about 4Tbs grounds and 16oz of freshly boiled water), I steep for about 8-10 minutes, stirring every few minutes and then empty it into my cup through our pour over with the gold tone cone filter. Flavor is stronger With the longer steep and clean up is super easy!

My First and Second Experiences
Took me once to figure everything out but seems rather seamless now. I have tried the Cocoa Cocoa and the Ghana. Having been a former coffee drinker prefering a dark bold coffee the Ghana with with chocolate Boost added turned perfectly. Bothe the Cocoa and the Ghana flavors without a creamer of some type tasted metalic to me. Overall I wish the French Press process was a bit faster with less clean up but the end result is wonderful. I do get an energy lift that is not a jolt but rather a smooth long lasting uplift. My recipe for the Ghana is 8 Tblspn Ghana, e cups water. Let sit for six minutes then stir and let sit for two more minutes. Happy Crio Bruing to you.
