I haven’t tried the caramel yet, but the pumpkin one is not my favorite. I love the double chocolate and I’m disappointed that I bought pumpkin. I expected it to be wonderful, but it doesn’t really taste great to me. It’s disappointing and not very chocolatey. The spice takes over and has nothing to support it.
Love the quality and taste
Caramel was a nice blend and was smooth to drink. The pumpkin spice was not. I had increase the ratio of water to grounds. For my palate it was too heavy on the spice and left that cinnamon coating on the tongue, a typical problem with in house made chai. I understand that this is not a chai and a take on an alternative to coffee. I am wondering if leaving it in whole bean form until it reaches consumer and allowing to use a grinder would help the flavor to develop or if the grounds may be a bit more course might help.
I have enjoyed everything else thus far.
