Started several years ago with a couple trial packs of Nicaragua medium roast. Tried it brewed straight up. Thought it was very nice, if not maybe a bit of a novelty type, once in awhile, beverage. Chocolate like but definitely not hot cocoa/chocolate. Different. Pleasant.
BUT… I tried a mix of Crio + Coffee. SLAM DUNK for me! Ultimately I’ve settled on a 75/25, Coffee to Crio, mix. I make my coffee that way with every pot now. Love it!
See how you like it either straight or mixed. I am super happy with the product.
