Food grade Aluminium
Our moka pot coffee/ brewed cacao maker is high polished for a nice sheen. Also, the threads that connect the top and bottom are made for a tight seal and long life.
Italian Safety Valve
Each pot is a pressure vessel and should be handled with care. That’s why we only use Italian Safety relief valves in our moka espresso makers.

Not what I expected
First off it is smaller than expected and holds only about a cup of liquid, the inside material seems cheap and I'm afraid of its contents (food grade aluminum) chipping off into the water. Its not a smooth material I expected for safe drinking. The outside is made of plastic and is another red flag when putting on the stove to boil. Another alarming piece of evidence is that the instructions were marked off the box and no instructions included. I really like crio bru's cacaos but this moka pot doesn't do you justice, it should be made of real hardware materials not cheap. Too bad I can't return it because I used it once to see how it works.

Espresso Maker said 6 cups, 1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup cacao was all that would fit. The plastic handle melted off, 1st use...

Haven’t used it
The directions were blacken out on the box and there were no loose leaf directions inside.
I have never used one before and was hoping to learn about them I guess I will have to do my own research if I decide to keep it.

Broke less than a year into having it. Ive made a lot of cacau and this is the least effective method. I do not recommend.
