Weaker than I expected

Followed the recommended amounts and brewing time and the result was much weaker than I expected. But the most disappointing was the tech support. I received obviously "canned" responses to my questions and they did not remotely address my concerns. I assumed at that point that they were using AI to respond and did not deem it necessary to have REAL people address the questions. I may be wrong. The responses may have been from REAL people who did not understand the product.

Meh. Not coffee, passes for a dark tea.

It’s not horrible. My first impression was “tastes like cheap, watered down hot cocoa.” I am a coffee drinker and was expecting something richer. I tried brewing via French press, drip, pour over, and Aero press; with varying amounts of grounds. It can pass as a dark tea but definitely should not be marketed as a coffee alternative.

To make a short story long, give it a try if you are a fan of Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea. Do not expect a coffee like beverage.

Delicious, Satisfying, and will buy again!

I tried the sampler pack because I wasnt sure which one I would like and therefore want to order more of later. I absolutely LOVE the Double Chocolate and Uber Dark, my daughters loved the Highlander Grogg. This is the absolute BEST substitute for coffee! One thing I have noticed in addition to the great flavor is that it is so satisfying, meaning, it doesnt make me want to drink a whole pot but just a cup is enough for the whole day and I’m not left craving more caffeine. Thanks Crío Bru!
