I was never a real coffee drinker and would always drink high-calorie French Vanilla instant coffee. This Crio coffee drink is so delicious. Instead of drinking 200 plus calorie drink, I now can drink a delicious cup with only a few calories. Maybe I will be able to lose some weight.
I tried the Caramel Cacao brew first and was very pleasantly surprised by how rich tasting this blend was on my first attempt! I brewed it at 3 tablespoons per 8 ounces of filtered water and added a small amount of maple syrup and I couldn’t get enough!
I like the taste of both of these. I alternate them for my morning drink.
