Delicious!

I have to say I wasn't hopeful that I would like this variety when I opened the bag. It had an almost burnt smell to the grind. However, once it was brewed, it made a very full bodied and thick brew. We have a local coffee roaster here and some days the smell of that roasting coffee that gets vented out turns to a sort of burnt smell that is off-putting. That's what I smelled when I opened the bag. Probably just me.

The Venezuelan is very smooth. One of my three favorites, sometimes I even mix them (the Double Chocolate is always a good additive).

I don't miss coffee anymore

I got the sample pack and all the varieties are good... I like Venezuela and Ghana the most. I quit coffee several years ago and have missed it terribly, but I actually prefer Crio Bru to coffee now. The only downside is the expense. I use my Instant Pot to brew a large batch and then refrigerate and reheat before serving - works great.
