Buyer beware- doesn’t come with French press

I’ve not tried it yet, so I can’t go on taste but the sampler shows a French press. I just received set today and the French press didn’t come with it. I reached out to company and they said it didn’t come with it and sent me return information that basically said if I received a discount it’s not returnable. I did receive discount as a new customer. Horrible customer service. They should not show press in picture if it doesn’t come with it. They aren’t responding now to my last email. If it’s good I would have been a regular customer but I only support companies with good customer service. I feel this is deceiving. After their email, I did read the description and it does not state the press comes with it, however it recommended some creamers that I also purchased and it should have recommended the press if it wasn’t included in new Customer kit.

Great way to sample flavors

You get just enough of each flavor to get a real feel for the differences between them. I like being able to sample the different flavors and roasts without over committing to anyone of them and possibly ending up with a bag you don't like as much another.

The cacao is delishes, Really like double chocolate, i did not receive the french press tht was to come with my order. Was it shipped seperately?
