New Mexico Medium Roast
After the very high flavor of Haiti medium roast, I was glad to see another medium roast. However, Mexico is too bitter. I’m adding some milk to make it palatable.
Bring back Haiti, please.

For over 4000 years, cacao has been cultivated in Mexico. Dating back to the Olmecs in 1500 BC and later among the Aztecs and Maya. By the time the Spanish first met the Aztec king Moctezuma II in 1520, he and his noble court exclusively drank brewed cacao at their meals.
Off the beaten path in the Sierra Madres mountain range, a wild cacao hybrid has been growing uninterrupted for over 4,000 years. Here, indigenous farmers pay careful attention to cultivate these unique trees just like their ancestors before them, which means planting cacao among the local chile varietals, breadnut trees, and spices. We’re thrilled to bring you this very unique limited edition variety as an homage to this ancient tradition.
Try it today with your favorite creamer or sweetener if desired.
