I really love this stuff. The Ecuador French Roast is my favorite so far because the other roasts taste lighter, sort of like tea. I boil a liter of water and add 4 coffee spoonfuls (8T) to my French press. I brew for 6 minutes, then stir, brew another 2 minutes and then plunge the strainer down and I get two large coffee cups out of it. It has eliminated my need for caffeine from coffee. I have a much more peaceful morning without the jitters and it sustains me throughout the day. I like to add a small spoonful of raw honey just to enhance the chocolately flavor and it tastes just like a dark chocolate bar. If I try another flavor, it'll be the Spanish Uber Dark next!
