NEW! LIMITED EDITION Mexico Medium Roast: Sweet Fruit and Subtle Spice

For over 4000 years, cacao has been cultivated in Mexico. Dating back to the Olmecs in 1500 BC and later among the Aztecs and Maya. By the time the Spanish first met the Aztec king Moctezuma II in 1520, he and his noble court exclusively drank brewed cacao at their meals.

Off the beaten path in the Sierra Madres mountain range, a wild cacao hybrid has been growing uninterrupted for over 4,000 years. Here, indigenous farmers pay careful attention to cultivate these unique trees just like their ancestors before them, which means planting cacao among the local chile varietals, breadnut trees, and spices. We’re thrilled to bring you this very unique limited edition variety as an homage to this ancient tradition.

Try it today with your favorite creamer or sweetener if desired.

Acapulco Blend Recipe! Fantastic

I am not a coffee Drinker but have tried almost every type of Crio Bru.

Coconut - I am not a coconut lover or hater in generaland found this plesent with an obvious but not overpowering flavor. Not my favorate but I didn't dislike it

Mexico - Darker I liked it brewed for 5 minutes because then it gave a really rich deep chocolate flavor with depth. Longer and in my opinion the chocolate flavor was not as strong and I didn't like it as much. It is not smoky or bitter.

Acapulco Blend - This is what I am calling half coconut half Mexico. I woud buy this again to make this blend. I used half of each one and brewed for 5 minutes. Gave a deep chocolaty flavor with the lightness of the coconut and a beachy summer vibe. Seperate they are good together they are fantactic in my opinion.

Try these !

Each of these varieties brings its own flavor to the palate. Now that it’s summer, I find the iced versions of all I e tried are just excellent. Cold and refreshing.

Whether hot or iced they’re great.

An old favorite and new try

I already knew I loved the coconut flavor. I was excited to try the Mexico. I've never been a coffee drinker, but a friend of mine who has been trying to find a coffee replacement tried it, and loved it! She said it's fairly similar to a coffee flavor. I actually don't love the taste of coffee but still enjoyed this flavor. It is definitely more smoky than some of the others.
