I drink espresso daily and I tried the regular grind of the Uber Dark Roast cacao. I found it weak in comparison to my espresso grind coffee. I tried to run it through my burr coffee bean grinder but that ended up in a big mess, melting the cacao into tootsie roll sized ropes; I threw that out. I tried again using a blade style chopper machine, that worked beautifully. I find the flavor of the cacao is much richer when ground finely like espresso. I use it in my espresso maker and I mix it with espresso coffee for a delicious start to my day.
