I’m not a fan of this product. I tried different brew strength, which didn’t help. The French press is nice, but the process is just too lengthy for my busy mornings. Trying to get a refund, but no luck yet.
All three flavors taste disgusting. I love all types of chocolate but none of these tasted like it. My husband who is an avid coffee drinker didn’t like them either. He will even drink his coffee black, no cream or sugar and he wouldn’t drink this. I do not recommend. I am very disappointed. I would give it zero stars but that’s not an option.
The website states that the packages are sent out in 1 to 3 days and there is no way to call the company to ask questions and i wrote an email asking if an order will make it by christmas but the emails are answered within 3 days. I knew it might be a day or two late but could possibly make it by christmas, so i ordered. AFTER I ordered, I was notified that it will be shipped out in 3 to 6 days! I had my email answer a day or two after I ordered and she stated that it will likely be right After Christmas due to high demand/orders.
I am tracking the order and it should come in TODAY. 1/3/25!

The French press is excellent quality with generous 32 oz capacity and the Cacao bru is SO delicious! It is a lot like having a hot chocolate, just smoother and not as thick. Made it New Years Eve and was sipping it all day.
I think it’s a good promotion with a lot of product which enables one to get an overall idea of what you offer.
