REALLY good!

I waited to write this review until I had used the starter kit long enough to honestly say it’s become a part of my morning routine, and it has. It’s very easy to make, it’s absolutely delicious, the french press seems to be a good quality machine; no complaints whatsoever.

Best of all? I just came from a doctor’s appointment where I put up blood pressure numbers that were NOTICEABLY improved, without any other particular changes in my diet or habits. This confirms my perception of some benefits from drinking cacao already, in terms of mood, energy and alertness but in a much different sense than from caffeine. I also already feel like my sleep (which has always been problematic for me) has improved since beginning to drink cacao daily.

Bottom line is that I’m impressed enough to have four more bags of cacao on order, I have tried some other products in the past but Crio Bru is absolutely a keeper!

Great samples and variety

Crio B ru is easy to make and tastes good. Not at all sweet, so don't think of it as 'chocolate'. It defiinitely hits the "I need coffee" statement in a better way than typical coffee. The dark chocolate ones are delicious.
