Venezuela Medium Roast? Yes please!
I've been a fan of Venezuela Medium Roast from the beginning. Initially, I bought a sampler pack, and of all the types, I learned that the Venezuala tastes the best. (I think French Roast tastes burnt.) I use a 3-cup moka pot; the equivalent output of three espressos. I get the best flavor, rich and chocolatey. We're talking premium chocolate taste! I taste a hint of sharpness; just a hint. I don't care for it, so I add a little nutmilk or milk and a little sugar to the full yield. Since using the moka pot, and getting such full flavor, I've given away my French press.
I recommend learning the proper way to use a moka pot. I found a sub-reddit for moka pot, and several videos about using and taking care of a moka pot. It's a mild learning curve. Almost all videos are learning to use it for coffee, but it's my favorite way - and only way now - to brew this Venezuela cacao.
