It's Uber alright!
This bru has a very distinctive taste, not as much of a cocoa taste as the other ones I've tried. Not in a bad way, but definitely different! Quite strong and wakes you up even without caffeine.

Not what I expected!
Maybe the brewing method I used wasn't conducive to a good result. I make coffee with the pour over method using a dark roast medium-fine grind and it works very well. For coffee, not cacao - there isn't any time to steep and the cacao would need to be a fine grind, which I may try. What I ended up with was a murky mixture with an UN Chocolate flavor & smell that was kind of spoiled smelling 😢 I will keep trying and welcome suggestions. I got rid of my French press years ago because it was so messy and the coffee was only just warm.
