The handle of this moka coffee/ brewed cacao maker is soft to touch & features a burn guard to protect your finger from accidentally touching a hot pot.
Food grade Aluminium
Our moka pot coffee/ brewed cacao maker is high polished for a nice sheen. Also, the threads that connect the top and bottom are made for a tight seal and long life.
Italian Safety Valve
Each pot is a pressure vessel and should be handled with care. That’s why we only use Italian Safety relief valves in our moka espresso makers.

Fun way to brew
We’ve enjoyed having the stovetop brewing pot. It’s so easy and so quick! To me the brew ends up tasting as strong as when we make it with the French press. It makes a great 8 oz cup of Crio.

Poor performance
The instructions called for 8 ounces of water and there was only about 4 ounces of brew produced. It was a little weak and very oily. There must be a way to get the full amount and flavor from the cacao grounds. I would have enjoyed the cup of cacao I was expecting.
