Super easy to use any very easy to clean. Much better than using an automatic coffee pot which was very hard to get the oils from the grinds clean.

I needed a new french press at work since mine old fancy one was broken. I didn’t want another expensive one in case the same thing happened and this one is great. Perfect size for my favorite big mug.

I like the French press but the carafe got a crack in it. It would be nice if they had JUST the carafe available for replacement. I LOVE the Cacao but the press needs a little improving.

I actually found an Original French Press by Bodum that I like much better because of it's design. I had ordered a replacement from you since the glass cylinder cracked on my first one and found the Bodum the next day at Ace Hardware. It's one piece body design is much easier to use with less parts to wash.
