Nice but…
Have tried time and time again to reduce the frequency of deliveries. If you don’t drink this often, at least a couple times a week, these monthly deliveries get stacked up and certainly aren’t as good after a year or so. I travel for work and we are lucky if they have water on site much less a place to brew this. Same when we get to the hotel. No way to make it so it has to stay home. Now I have 34 boxes of this stuff piled up in my house and the old stuff just has no flavor. I like the brewed chocolate but I don’t like having to get a delivery every month. I’d prefer quarterly but haven’t found a way to get there. So I’m canceling my subscription. If you are not a heavy drinker of this I’d suggest not signing up for their auto delivery. Otherwise, this is a nice product. It’s soothing to drink in cooler temperatures and I’ve made it to put over ice in the summer. It’s the best drinking chocolate I’ve found, but my family and I can’t drink it fast enough. I’ve started giving it away to co-workers to try along with where to buy it. I’d keep my subscription if I was home more to use it and if I could slow down the delivery!
