Ghana Light Roast
Winding along its western front, the Volta River gives shape to the exotic Ivory Coast. The surrounding agricultural area is dotted with small, family-owned farms that produce the very best African cacao. The dark, earthy-toned beans are carefully handpicked and dried naturally by the sun to enhance the full-bodied chocolate flavor, which hints of dark spice, coconut and cinnamon. These incredible natural flavors come to life when you brew a cup of Ghana Light Roast, made from 100% pure, perfectly roasted cocoa beans.
Ghana French Roast
Hailing from the same region sourced for the Ghana Light Roast varietal, these beans are roasted a bit longer for a more bold flavor. The dark spice, cinnamon, and coconut flavors are heavier on the palate, and offers a more complex after taste.
French Roast is perfect for those that enjoy a darker cup.
Ecuador Light Roast
A village close to the Coca River, in a valley called Vilcabamba, is famous for the longevity of its people, many living more than a century. Nurtured in the black soil of this valley and the rich humidity of the cloud-covered rainforest, the Ecuadorian cacao bean produces the chocolatiest Crio Bru. This smooth, sweet and nourishing drink is accented by a perfumed floral scent and lovely floral tones, including a dominant green banana note, blueberries and jasmine.
Peppermint Light Roast
Our favorite light roast with a cozy addition of all natural peppermint oil, and fresh vanilla make this a seasonal classic. Available for limited production during the winter months.
Pumpkin Spice Light Roast
Another fan favorite around the holidays, this seasonal variety smells and tastes amazing. Think of the pumpkin pie you crave at thanksgiving then sprinkle in the incredible aroma of roasted dark cacao. Put it all into brewed beverage and voila!
Cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon supplement a well balanced light roast.
