One star — longtime customer, now done.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, purchasing both through Amazon and directly from their site. But this most recent experience was the last straw. I received a clearly defective product and made a simple request for a refund. Instead of resolving it, they dragged things out with repetitive questions and ultimately ignored me.
When you get a response, it’s either a canned email or someone who clearly couldn’t care less about the customer. Zero accountability, zero care.
This isn’t a one-off — the decline in product quality has been a pattern. It used to be good. Now? Buyer beware.
I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Coffee causes inflammation in my body, but Crio Bru to the rescue! I have been consuming Cruo Bru for a few years and love it so much. I can finally drink it with no sugar. I make the concentrate and use it for iced Crio. I like the darker grinds and the Ghana French roast is very good.

What a nice cup of chocolate coffee. While brewing it makes my house smell like chocolate. Love it. I'm using my percolating coffee pot to make it. I find it works better than my drip pot.
