Inconsistent flavor

My second purchase of the Ghana blend is a huge disappointment, as the flavor was off, and tastes more like coconut than chocolate. I had some remaining from my previous purchase, and there was an obvious difference in smell and taste. Customer support offers no remedy.

Love the product

We are still trying different flavors to see what we like best. My husband loves it and has stopped coffee. It was recommended as a coffee substitute by a friend in an essential tremor group because it does not exacerbate tremors as does coffee.
