Forced to give up coffee for health reasons, I've not only missed drinking coffee but the routine of brewing and enjoying that first cup. This is a perfect substitute. I'm excited to try the other varietals.

The instructions were a little bit unclear to me because UI've never used a pot like this. First attempt not so good. Second one, delicious!

The regular roast is so good so long it’s measured to your preference. It takes 2-3 times to figure out just how you like it. Following directions is a good place to start. The dark roast is not pleasing to me. It tastes more burnt than dark. This is a wonderful starter set. The one area of change would be to replace the white bleached filters with natural filters. I plan on gifting 2 sets during the holidays.
