Very happy with the sampler! Nice selection of dark and light roasts, and a few flavored blends I may not have tried otherwise. We'll be figuring out our favorites and ordering more, but none of the smaller packs will go to waste.
I drink...probably too much coffee everyday. I use this for after 4PM so I am not taking in any caffeine. I highly recommend you brew this VERY light (3/4 tablespoon) or you are going to get a very bitter / harsh taste.
PROS:
Very easy on my stomach and mind for late evening drink - no caffeine
Smells amazing when you brew it
Fantastic when you add cream and pure maple sugar
CONS:
If you brew too strong there is a horrible bitter taste, cup will be wasted - not drinkable
Absolutely needs a sweetener to be added
Does not taste like it smells, not even close
Pretty much all the brews taste identical
Overall - cool experience trying it, but not for me, I will stick to loose tea in the evenings.
It's alright, but not better than coffee tho. I like my caffeine kick.

I’m so glad I bought the sampler for my first order because I found a few flavors/roasts that I love and if had I ordered what I thought I’d like, I would never have reordered. I’m giving this four stars instead of five because I couldn’t even stand the smell of a few of the flavors (actually made me wretch and I have a strong stomach), much less the taste. I was also disappointed by the Mocha and Double Chocolate flavors, which I expected to like the most, because the added flavors tasted weird/artificial to me. All that said, a few of the flavors were good and I absolutely loved the flavor of the Ghana Light Roast, even just drinking it black. I’m glad I gave cacao a try because I love the energy and focus I feel when I drink it! No crash, just sustained alertness. I still love the taste of coffee, but this will be nice to add to my options to cut back on caffeine while still getting a much-needed boost of energy/focus throughout the day.
