I tried to use a tea strainer and pour over hot water. I don't think that was the best way to extract the best of the cacao. But while I am still experimenting with the brewing, I do really enjoy the flavor. It's great to start a cold morning.

This is the blend I like best. Has a faint kick to it.
The Maya roast is pretty ok, not too dark but still a strong flavor. I enjoy the cinnamon flavor, and the cayenne pepper gives a little kick at the end, but not overpowering.
