I adore Sown Oat Creamer - it's the best around. When I saw Crio Bru had it, I added 6 cartons to my order to keep on hand. They arrived 1 week before the Best By Date of 1/22. That's some kind of really bad fulfillment right there - selling almost outdated stock at retail prices. When I emailed customer service, there was no apology or "let us make it right", it was take a photo of the product so we know the weight for the label. Not well done at all, Crio Bru.

First package never made it to me. Second package sat with a label waiting to be dropped off with ups for a week then you decided to cancel my order.

This is the best I have ever tasted! I love the thickness and the taste. I like for my coffee to be a certain color, and this does it for me! I like it better that diary creamer.

My only complaint is that I was pretty sure that I ordered two containers, and I only got one:(
