Pros: plastic free
Cons: wastes the Cacau—it takes over a cup of grounds to brew one mug, adds a strong paper taste when using the Chemex filters, clogs up after one pour and will not accept any more water…

Chemex coffee maker
I enjoyed using the coffee maker, however the eight cup classic is way too large for my use. All in all, it is a nice sturdy carafe and performed nicely for brewing pour over cacao.
