I haven't opened the other bags yet, but I sent you an email about the Peppermint, and have yet to hear back from you. I have been a loyal customer since your first presentation at the Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival. I have purchased the Peppermint numerous times - it is my go-to when it is hot out, and also around the holidays.

Unfortunately, this bag was horrible! Undrinkable. When I opened the bag I was accosted by the overwhelming peppermint smell. I decided to brew a mug anyway - big mistake. The smell was so strong that it made my eyes water - it smelled exactly like the natural bug spray we use. The chocolate taste was completely overwhelmed by the mint, and I had to simply dump the whole bag (maybe I should sprinkle it around to ward off ants).

As I said, this is an old favorite, and I would appreciate your investigating and making this right. Thank you.

My favorite by far was the Hazelnut but they are all sooo yummy! Highly recommend! If you add a splash of caramel syrup to the hazelnut one wow it’s super delicious!

Hazelnut is very smooth! My husband likes it stronger and he adds a bit of creamer and he thinks he's drinking hot cocoa!!

My tummy always felt weird after drinking coffee. I love Crio Bru! No tummy aches! I also feel like I'm cheating on my diet by drinking the yummy flavors!

Love all of these, ESPECIALLY hazelnut! I don't know why it's only seasonal! I would LOVE to add it to my monthly autoship!
