I love your products but am extremely disappointed that a sale offer of a free bag with purchase that was advertised repeatedly (emails, Facebook) was not honored. The sale was advertised to start on November 19 which is the date I ordered, but customer service told me I ordered a few hours too early although the % off also advertised in the same ads did show on the order. Very frustrating customer service behind an otherwise fine product

Just right!
About 2 years ago my wife switched from coffee to crio bru for her morning drink, now we both drink it every morning. We use the same creamer and method to brew it as we always did with coffee. Love this stuff
