Because I prefer the flavor semi-sweet chocolate over dark chocolate blends, I prefer Venezuela Medium Roast over other Crio Bru roasts and blends. It is never bitter--even when I let it brew a little longer than I usually do. It also tastes great when when blended with other Crio Bru flavors, such as the Coconut or Highland Grogg. If you like a nice, milder semi-sweet chocolate flavor, Venezuela Medium Roast is the best!
