Great Flavor
I love the flavors of the ground cacao! The double chocolate and uber dark are amazing. I'm looking forward to trying the Nicaraguan. I have never used a French press, but I am saving it for our new home.

Good coffee alternative
The starter set is a really good value. I had never used a french press before so it was a bit tricky to figure out the ratio of water to chocolate for just a single cup, but ended up measuring the water using my mug and just using 2 rounded tablespoons of chocolate. I really like the double chocolate mix but haven't tried the dark roasts that were included with the kit.
The set was really well packaged, so the glass press arrived safely even though the outer box was damaged in transit.
