I knew I loved cacao chocolate but I had never tried cacao beans. I bought this sampler kit to see what the hype was all about. I loved it! I will be buying a regular size bag and for me... the darker the roast the better!
While it could be richer by itself. it is great added to my pour over coffee! Love how it makes my coffee a richer smoother flavor with a nice flavor of dark chocolate without the sweetness.
